Plus Dane seeking to appoint a single service provider to enter into contract to deliver a programme of Roof replacement works (annual value circa £1m per year over a five year term)
The annual value of the programme is indicative and will be subject to change based on the outcome of future stock condition surveys, consultation with residents on their priorities and other strategic investment decisions. The Programme will begin from April 2020. Plus Dane intends to enter into a contract under a bespoke form of the Term Partnering Contract, TPC2005 (as amended 2013). The Programme will be awarded in orders for each financial year setting out the works and services required. |
