II.1.4) Short description: Plus Dane intends to enter into contracts with contractors to deliver programmes of external property works. The works are split into three lots as follows:

Lot 1: Window & door replacements
Lot 2: Roof replacement works
Lot 3: Pre-Paint Repairs & Cyclical Decorations

The annual value of each programme is indicative and will be subject to change based on the outcome of future stock condition surveys, consultation with residents on their priorities and other strategic investment decisions.. The Programme will begin from April 2020. Plus Dane intends to enter into a contract with one service provider per lot under a bespoke form of the Term Partnering Contract, TPC2005 (as amended 2008). The Programme will be awarded in orders for each financial year setting out the works and services required. Please note that TUPE applies to Lot 3
